The Site makes available information relating to hotels and resorts owned or managed by Centre point hotels limited, a company constituted under the laws of India, and its subsidiaries, managed entities, affiliates and related parties ( “Hotel Centre Point “).

The purpose of this policy is to highlight various obligations, best practices and tools that support compliance with data privacy regulations applicable to Hotel Centre Point  in its role as both data controller as well as data processor, as applicable (if any)

Hotel Centre Point collects, processes, and retains information about you when you visit our website www.cpgh.in  or stay in one of our hotels or avail any other services provided by Hotel Centre Point . You provide us with information, such as your name, email address, company information, street address, telephone number, other contact and demographic information when you make a reservation, purchase a gift card, subscribe to the Hotel Centre Point newsletter or obtain web exclusive rates on www.cpgh.in 

Moreover, you may choose to provide your personal information in connection with sending an e-mail or message, logging complaints, promotional offers and when you use our service.

Personal Information may include, but is not limited to:

1. Your name and physical address, email addresses, and telephone numbers
2. Behavioural or demographic attributes, when tied to personal identifiers
